Job Description
InStride Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide high-quality psychiatric treatment to children, teens, and families. The psychiatrist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and directly with families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers to meet patients' needs and uphold InStride's mission of expanding access to insurance-based care in pediatric mental health. The role involves providing treatment, medication management, and ongoing collaboration.
Requirements
- North Carolina MD licensure appropriate to clinical discipline
- MLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) participation strongly preferred
- Commitment to compassionate and thoughtful treatment
- Expertise in medication management
- Comfort working on a care team
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
