Clinical Applications Specialist

Insulet is a global medical device market leader in diabetes care, looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist to drive the adoption of a data management platform for healthcare clinics. The role involves onboarding healthcare providers, providing technical support, and strengthening the Omnipod ecosystem.

Requirements

• Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications (i.e., Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse) preferred
• Experience onboarding clients to a data platform or service (preferred) and/or medical device sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to execute assigned regional deliverables
• Ability to distill technical and clinical workflow processes into simplified steps
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong collaborator with the goal to deliver successfully
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for technology-related issues
• Proficiency with technology and clinical workflow systems (both large data systems as well as personal devices, such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors)
• Ability to understand data analytics and how to extract insights
