We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our expanding team as an Intern, Maintenance Engineering. The incumbent will receive industrial development and exposure to a medical device environment, practicing hand-on activities and providing support to assigned areas.
Requirements
- Check documents to ensure they meet local processes flow
- Have some knowledge in Manufacturing Operation and understanding of Omnipod process
- Understand defects of product, cycle time of machine, and operation of production machine
- Scorecard production line efficiency, scrap, and downtime performance
- Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor/coach
- To suggest improvement activities for machine downtime, machine cycle time improvement, quality improvement, and CIP initiative
- To learn and explore in communication methodology and through task assignments
- Monitor data collection systems and trend data
- Analyze large amounts of data to present clear, actionable information to the team
- Analyze and improve current business process to improve business efficiency
- Interact with cross-functional teams to lead long-term process improvement and implementation projects
- Support root-cause investigations and machine improvement efforts
- Uphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality, and HSE policy
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines
- Maintain a cGMP compliant environment and operate within FDA guidelines
- Support machine operations and product inspections
