Job Description
SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Standard Commercial Account Manager to provide customer service, policy maintenance, coverage placement, problem resolution, and retention for an assigned group of commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty experience and a strong track record of managing complex accounts.
Requirements
- 5–15 years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty experience
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty license (must be current and in good standing)
- Technical proficiency with AMS360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and general internet navigation
- Adaptability and consistency, with the ability to follow agency guidelines, workflows, and procedures
- Professional presence and the ability to represent the agency with confidence and credibility
