Job Description
When a basement floods at 2 a.m. or a fire leaves a family unsure where to start, someone has to step in immediately — and lead the way. This role is for a Lead Mitigation Technician who will take charge on emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage.
Requirements
- IICRC WRT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments
