Job Description
We are seeking a Mitigation Technician to provide emergency restoration services for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage.
Requirements
- Willingness to obtain IICRC (Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong social awareness and customer service mindset
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
