Job Description
The Client Information Guide is responsible for client contact, determining business and coverage needs, and assigning leads to carriers/brokers.
Requirements
- Receive incoming client calls and ask probative underwriting questions
- Enter client lead information into Ask Kodiak to determine carrier/brokerage assignment
- Utilize Salesforce system to receive tasks and complete them accurately and timely
- Schedule follow-up appointments with business owners/clients
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain key performance indicators
- Perform all actions relating to prospects, customers, colleagues, and carriers in a manner that will avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions
- Participate in seminars and other training to continue growth and development
