Job Description
Insurity is looking for an experienced leader to join as the Vice President, New Product Innovation. The role will be responsible for providing leadership, innovation, and oversight of all Insurity products to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives and align the product vision with the company’s strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, while managing multiple team members across multiple products
- 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strategic vision and innovative mindset
- Advanced understanding of product trends
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; data centric and savvy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and people in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and staying ahead of market trends
- A team player with an upbeat and positive attitude
- Strong product focused, organizational and communication/presentation skills
- Highly skilled at coaching and growing teams
- Proven track record of execution and delivery
- Travel: 25%-40%
