Job Description
Intact Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI) to design, build, and enhance secure government environments using ServiceNow. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading module development, and ensuring platform stability under strict security protocols. This is a mission-critical position requiring a team player with a passion for serving the nation.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance - must-have
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Mastery of the ITSM suite
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Strong grasp of SDLC processes in secure or regulated environments
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, etc.)
- Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
