The job involves taking statements, opening new claims, and moving them forward to ensure quick and efficient claims process.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert on policies, products, services, and initiatives
• First call resolution and open all new automobile claims
• Accurately document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims
• Communicate via email, telephone, and text messages with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Provide quality customer service, maintaining low hold times, and documenting files in a clear and concise manner
