Requirements

• Ensure prompt and accurate debtor SOA reconciliation and recover customer balances.
• Verify that supplier invoices are 100% accurate and aligned with supplier agreements.
• Confirm both parties balances before releasing payments to avoid duplication or overpayment.
• Ensure strict adherence to local regulations for applicable WHT charges and collaborate with the finance team to meet reporting deadlines.
• Ensure customer contracts and rates are finalized, with FDA approved by the agent.
• Provide timely reporting of company debtor exposure to management.
• Perform reconciliation of the full set of balance sheet accounts to ensure no discrepancies in parties or ledgers and maintain accuracy.
