Job Description
Seeking an experienced legal professional to support and manage legal operations and litigation matters. The role focuses on representing the organization in legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, overseeing litigation portfolios, and providing legal advisory support to daily operations.
Requirements
- Represent the organization and make applications and submissions in courts and tribunals
- Draft Plaints, Answers, Petitions, and other legal documents to be filed in courts, tribunals, and arbitration centres
- Draft and review agreements, deeds, and other notarial documents, and provide title recommendations
- Oversee the litigation portfolio and supervise subordinate legal staff to ensure timely delivery
- Advise on legal matters related to daily operations
- Attend administrative meetings and carry out special assignments as directed by superiors
