Azure Cloud Architect

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in information technology
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required
• Strong understanding of cloud native architecture and principles and infrastructure as code
• Knowledgeable of cloud, DevOps, network, systems and software architecture modalities and patterns
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, Docker)
• Knowledge of cloud services (such as application integration, functions, databases, data warehouse and analytics, server less computing, machine learning, developer tools, security, and identity management)
• Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, Azure Automation)
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory 2019, Azure AD and other modern IdM technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Services Fundamental understanding and experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira)
• Knowledge of cloud operating systems including Windows and Linux
• Proven track record in system integration, design, and setup of Infrastructure as a service and Platform as a service deployment
• Excellent technical aptitude, resourcefulness, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify security risks and weaknesses and provide security mitigation and remediation
• Ability to think strategically with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of information security standards (i.e. ISO 27001, NIST, and/or ITIL) SaaS software industry experience
