We are hiring a Business Development Executive to identify and target potential partner institutions for collaboration, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within the higher education industry.
- Strong knowledge of the higher education landscape, including articulation agreements, credit transfer policies, and international collaboration opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
