EXECUTIVE TALENT ACQUISITION AND ENGAGEMENT

We are hiring an Executive Talent Acquisition and Engagement for our client. The role involves managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, sourcing candidates, and maintaining HR systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and strong communication and time management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience on talent acquisition or in a similar HR role.
• Ability to communicate and act proactively and timely.
• Time Management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala & fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
