Requirements

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team expectations
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other professional networks
• Screen and assess technical candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage communication with candidates throughout the process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Stay up to date with the latest tech hiring trends, tools, and platforms to improve recruitment strategies
• Assist in employer branding initiatives by promoting job openings and representing the company at tech events or online
