- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other professional networks
- Screen and assess technical candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage communication with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Stay up to date with the latest tech hiring trends, tools, and platforms to improve recruitment strategies
- Assist in employer branding initiatives by promoting job openings and representing the company at tech events or online
