Manager Applications

We are Hiring! Position: Manager Applications. Manage life cycle of incidents, develop knowledge base articles, and work with various teams to establish proper support model and escalation.

Requirements

• Academic qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• At least six years of experience in application support and software development projects
• Understanding of the application system development life cycle and methodology, as well as ITIL
• Strong knowledge of asset management systems or other major corporate systems
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well virtually with both on-shore and off-shore teams
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, SiteScope, Azure Monitor
