Manager- Talent & Organizational Development [Human Resources]

We are hiring a Manager- Talent & Organizational Development - Human Resources for a dynamic individual to fill the role in Sri Lanka. The candidate will be responsible for managing organizational manpower requirements, attracting and recruiting suitable talent, and ensuring retention of key talent.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration or human resource management from a reputed university
• Possessing a masters in business administration or in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar capacity
• Hands-on experience in managing general/administrative HR processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Possess sound analytical & communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required
• Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals
