Senior Engineer Business Automation

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer Business Automation to lead the development of workflow solutions that enhance operational efficiency in the banking sector.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters or certifications in automation is a plus)
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong exposure to business process automation
• Proven success in leading enterprise-grade automation projects
• Experience in banking systems or financial services is highly desirable
• Backend: Java and/or.NET
• Frontend: JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS
• Data & Integration: SQL, stored procedures, XML
• Integration: REST/SOAP Web Services
• Automation: OCR technologies, content management systems, IBM ODM
• Development Practices: Agile, DevOps, case management systems
