Job Description
Intecrowd is seeking a Workday Certified Payroll Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions for clients. This remote position involves mentoring new consultants, delivering product demonstrations, and resolving complex client requirements. The role focuses on ensuring successful deployment and client adoption of Workday solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Current active Workday Payroll Certification required in any of the following countries: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, France
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
