Manufacturing Operator I

Joining Integra LifeSciences is a chance to do important work that creates change and shapes the future of healthcare. The Manufacturing Operator I will perform pre and post-formulation processing, including blending, mixing, pouring, loading, product cutting, inspection, and packaging, in order to produce the finished good. The role requires working in a team environment and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Systems Regulations (QSR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 2 years of chemical processing experience or batch mixing in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Basic computer skills for email and data entry
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Fundamental understanding of mathematics and chemistry
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot process equipment
• Ability to gown to ISO Class 5 and 7 cleanroom standards
• Ability to work overtime
• Support department and plant safety goals by continuously demonstrating safe behavior
