Senior Manager, Digital Process Optimization

Integra LifeSciences is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Process Optimization with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide metrics improvements by leaning out processes through the effective deployment of emerging digital technologies. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical expertise in Lean Six Sigma with strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business field, master’s degree desirable
• 5+ years of industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech in an information technology, business management, supply chain, or commercial operations role
• 5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives
• 5+ years of experience working in, or supporting digital strategy and transformation
• Extensive experience continuously improving business processes (e.g., Lean, process excellence, value stream mapping)
• Preferred: Management Consulting experience; executive presentation skills, MedTech regulatory environment
