Program Manager

The Program Manager (PM) acts as the point of contact (POC) for contract Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.

Requirements

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
• IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline, able to manage large-scale IT contracts of similar size and scope.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to meet the requirements of developing and presenting complex information to senior government officials using MS Office Suite applications.
• Secret Clearance
