Job Description
IPS is seeking dedicated Field Service Administrative Staff to provide administrative support for the field service team. This role supports field service lead technicians and regional managers in customer planning and follow-up, ensuring efficient and high-quality operations. Requirements
- Receive field service request calls and track details.
- Schedule field service projects and communicate with technicians.
- Perform VOC reviews and ensure customer safety and value.
- Create quotes, review pricing, and ensure reports are completed.
- Schedule safety training and maintain logs.
- Process job cost detail reports and invoices.
- Maintain relevant documentation and data.
