Job Description
IPS is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join their growing team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining power distribution equipment for commercial and industrial clients, working with cutting-edge technology, and delivering exceptional customer service. The company is committed to empowering individuals and impacting critical infrastructure across North America and the UK.
Requirements
- Testing and maintenance of low, medium and high voltage power distribution equipment.
- Performing testing and calibrations, including NETA standards.
- Inspection, diagnosis, and make recommendations of switchgear, circuit breakers, cables and transformers.
- Compliance with all safety protocols.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read schematics and operating manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
