Job Description
IPS is seeking a skilled In-Shop Technician to join their team. This role involves repairing industrial electric motors, generators, and related equipment, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements
- Operate conventional manual machining tools
- Safely use overhead cranes and lift trucks
- Diagnose, repair, and fabricate parts using various tools
- Adhere to shop safety policies
- Participate in daily operations discussions
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- 1-5 years AC/DC motor experience preferred
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
