Technicien(ne) Informatique / IT Technician

Requirements

• PC imaging, deployment, and user data migration
• End-user support of hardware, software, mobile devices, file and print services
• Assist with configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning, and monitoring operating system software and hardware
• Document and track equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases
• Monitor and address Service Desk tickets
• Assists department with assigned projects
• Research and resolve software and hardware problems
• Provide written resolutions through the ticketing system and implement appropriate action/solutions
• Perform root-cause analysis and remediation of escalated end-user desktop issues
• Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• All other assigned duties
