ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a team of five managers in the Biologics CMC department. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a service-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Provide administrative support for Biologics CMC senior staff
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
• Provide customer service and act as primary departmental resource
• Schedule departmental meetings and lunch requests
• Coordinate and place IT, facility, and maintenance requests
• Facilitate internal client communications
• Consolidate and place weekly office supply orders
• Assist in event planning activities
• Implement organizational structure and workflow
