Requirements
- Project implementation
- Testing
- Creating user test cases
- Test result analysis/troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electronic data transfers (i.e. 834, 820's.)
- Facets knowledge specific to enrollment and billing
- Testing quoting and enrollment tools specific to benefits and rate updates and any new user interface functionality
- Testing upgrades to Facets billing/enrollment automation related to terminations and reinstatements
