Integrated Resources, Inc. is a company that delivers strategic workforce solutions. We are seeking a Contract Manager to manage the revision of legal contracts and coordinate with sourcing and legal staff.

Requirements

• Manage the revision of legal contracts
• Coordinate with Sourcing, legal and policy owners
• Prepare contract briefs
• Maintain an audit file for each contract
• Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts
• Maintain detailed and organized files
• Load contract documents in Client contract management system
• Work with Sourcing team to enforce Client Global Procurement Policy
