• Coordinate work performed by outsourced vendor staff.
• Monitors internal and external technology trends and makes recommendations for operating improvements.
• Manage work in accordance with the IT Operating Model.
• Accountable for maintaining effective internal controls over the processes and transactions under areas of responsibility.
