Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and execution of SABR 3rd party contracts and consulting agreements. This includes establishing and facilitating vendor business relationships, creating contractual documents, and interfacing with stakeholders. The Project Coordinator also provides status updates and customized resourcing reports.

Requirements

• Experience with Purchase Order is a must
• Coordinate and execute SABR 3rd party contracts and consulting agreements
• Establish and facilitate vendor business relationships
• Create contractual documents such as confidential disclosure agreements, master service agreements, master consulting agreements, and fair market value assessments
• Interface with stakeholders including BIIB legal, BIIB Corporate Compliance, and internal and external stakeholders
• Upload fully executed documentation into the 'Selectica' database
• Collect and data entry of SABR resource estimates in the resource management tool, PDP
• Perform forecasted entries into PDP on a regular schedule and provide interim updates
• Provide status updates and customized resourcing reports to the Associate Director, Project Management
• Support Project Managers on various projects such as filing, product launches and regulatory commitments
