The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience recruiting at the executive level in bio or pharma, with a focus on R&D and Commercial profiles.

Requirements

• Ten or more years experience recruiting at the executive level in bio or pharma required
• Experience with R&D and Commercial profiles highly desirable
• Comfort working with C-suite executives extremely important
