Requirements
- Develop training materials for use in On the Job (OJT) delivery for manufacturing personnel
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from cross-functional teams to develop structured and realistic training materials
- Implement On the Job/Competency Based training materials within specified timelines and meet appropriate standards
