IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations
• Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives
• Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality
• Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
• Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
