Product Operations Analyst

IntegriChain is the data and application backbone for market access departments of Life Sciences manufacturers. We deliver the data, the applications, and the business process infrastructure for patient access and therapy commercialization. The Product Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in enabling efficient, data-driven product delivery, providing delivery insights, automating reporting, and enhancing operational transparency across product teams.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing delivery, operational, or product performance data
• Hands-on experience administering Jira in Scrum and Kanban environments
• Proficiency with JQL, dashboards, workflows, automations, and board configuration
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI and Jira APIs/connectors
• Working knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, throughput, WIP)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
