We are expanding our Engineering capabilities to strengthen our ability to process large volumes of healthcare and pharmaceutical data at enterprise scale. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on programming skills, automation, performance optimization, and quality.
Requirements
- Designing, building, and delivering product functionalities with high reliability and quality
- Participating in refinement to understand, collaborate closely with product, QA, and other teams
- Anticipating problems, leading by example, improving engineering practices
- Taking ownership of major components, reviewing code rigorously, and contributing to the long-term technical roadmap
- Building and maintaining stable products with latest tech-stack, frameworks and following Agile and DevOps ways-of-working
- Delivering quality solutions to the problems without compromising on the planned deadlines
- Leveraging various AI models through tools (such as Copilot) for code generation, test case generation, code analysis, and code optimization
- Contribute to redesigning and enhancing applications to latest technologies
- Playing a part in every aspect of the software development lifecycle, including software design, development, testing, reviewing, and deployment
