Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist - Liver Transplant Department

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide age-appropriate therapy and psychosocial assessment to patients in the Liver Transplant Department. The therapist will lead groups, provide documentation, and facilitate discharge planning. The position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.

Requirements

• Lead age and developmentally appropriate groups to address emotional, physical, and environmental needs of mental health patients and/or chemical dependent patients.
• Provide documentation daily in the chart of each patient.
• Facilitate discharge planning to assist patients in placement and treatment following discharge from current level of care.
• Participate in the writing of treatment plans and attend treatment team meetings.
• Facilitate the completion of Emergency Detention paperwork as well as ensure its distribution and receipt by legally designated individuals.
