Job Description
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Labor & Delivery team in Woodward, OK. The position focuses on providing exceptional care to patients who entrust their healthcare to the system, with a focus on high-quality patient care, population-specific competencies, and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and monitoring, as well as potential on-call duty.
Requirements
- Assessment/re-assessment
- Development of care plans
- Implementation of patient care interventions
- Supervision of other personnel
- Guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel
- Mental Health support (including physical restraint of patients, utilizing Behavior Management Technique)
- Exposure to infections and communicable diseases
- Adherence to safety standards and standard precautions.
