RN - Med Surg - Days

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. This role involves working nights and potentially floating to other units. The position requires strong patient care skills, population-specific competencies, and adherence to national safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Assessment/re-assessment
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other personnel
• Reports to manager or director
• Ability to assist with physical restraint (as necessary)
