Tax Senior Associate

The Tax Senior Associate will play an integral role in the tax compliance and provision processes for a highly acquisitive, growth oriented, PE-backed company. This person will coordinate with external tax providers on all compliance and provision related matters and identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiencies within the internal tax function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; master’s in taxation preferred
• Active CPA license
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant tax experience
• Proficiency in partnership tax, corporate tax, and income tax provisions
• Ability to excel within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Proactively motivated and results driven
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop cross-functional and cross-departmental relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
