Capacity Building Working Student (m/f/d)

As our Working Student (m/w/d) in the Capacity Building Team, you will support the development and scaling of learning materials for internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Requirements

• Studies: Currently enrolled in a study program (e.g. Sustainability, Communications, Educational Design, Business or a related field)
• Tools: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with video tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Work style: Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Teamwork: Proactive communication and collaborative mindset
• Language skills: Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus
