Job Description
The position is a remote, freelance opportunity to provide mental health and personal growth support to clients through scheduled 30-minute video sessions on the Intellect telehealth platform. The role involves collaborating with clinical team members to improve the program and platform. Ideal candidates have experience with international coaching standards.
Requirements
- Active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
- Skilled in coaching techniques and evidence-based approaches
- ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
- Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation
- Proficiency in English
- Local language proficiency
