Job Description
This is a freelance contract role for a Clinical Provider focused on telehealth mental health support for Intellect's clients. The position involves 60-minute video sessions, collaborating with internal clinical teams, and providing coaching based on needs. It is a remote opportunity with flexible business hours, leveraging the success of community partnerships to expand mental health access.
Requirements
- Active International Coaching Federation Certification OR Master / Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology
- Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches
- ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
- Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours after graduation
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles are prioritized
