Job Description
The Operations Senior Associate at Strategic Wellness Advisory Team will be responsible for the operational success of the mental health benefits platform for key strategic and large client accounts. This role involves tracking and monitoring data, assisting with process implementation, client communication, and supporting provider engagement, while also maintaining effective communication across various time zones.
