Requirements
- Develop and communicate a vision, strategic plan, and budget for the Program, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Define and oversee annual and semi-annual program goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets, including defining strategic business areas, providing training, and supporting presale efforts.
- Define, monitor, and control KPIs that align with strategic plans while ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
- Oversee program performance, including budget management and project marginality tracking.
- Develop and maintain resource planning and forecasting models in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Allocate and manage program resources, ensuring optimal deployment based on priorities and company needs.
- Facilitate smooth transitions of resources across programs in collaboration with other Program Managers.
- Approve hiring or termination requests to align with program resources and financial goals.
