Job Description
IntelliPro is seeking a Calibration Technician V to independently manage laboratory equipment calibrations, maintenance, and repairs. This is a 6-month temporary position reporting to the Manager of Laboratory Operations within the RTP locations. The role involves instrument testing, documentation, problem-solving, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Independently plans, schedules, and performs maintenance, calibration, and repairs on active equipment.
- Oversees and manages onsite vendors for calibration and maintenance.
- Reviews and approves equipment calibration and maintenance documentation.
- Initiates, writes, and assists with investigations related to instrument calibration failures.
- Conducts thermal mapping studies for controlled environments.
- Maintains SOPs and other controlled documents for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Reviews system documentation including user requirements and specification documents.
- Adheres to standard operating procedures and company policies.
