Intent HQ is a leader in Customer AI Analytics and Data Science, transforming its service offering and operations to be AI Native. We're looking for an exceptional AI Transformation Lead to champion, coordinate and drive this evolution.

Requirements

• Manage and Scale AI-Driven Product Transformation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to develop and mature intelligent products and platforms
• Engage all business functions and workstream leads in the transformation
• Manage the programme structure, delivery, change lifecycle and outcomes
• Define, track, and communicate success metrics
• Enable AI-Native Ways of Working
• Manage the integration of AI capabilities into daily operations and decision-making
• Translate the transformation strategy into actionable workstreams
• Embed governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices into every layer of execution
• Drive Commercial and Operational Excellence
• Operate with a product mindset
• Balance vision with operational rigour
• Create alignment across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Champion Change and Adoption
• Support capability-building efforts
• Foster a culture of experimentation, empowerment, and continuous improvement
• Act as a connector — bringing people, tools, and ideas together
