6Q01 - Maintenance - TN - Mold Maker III (1st Shift)

Performs various mold maintenance and repair activities, builds complex tooling components, and ensures consistent attendance. Must have strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of CNC equipment, and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to five years of related experience in the repair of plastic injection molds
• Federal/State Certification as a Tool & Die Maker preferred
• Mechanical aptitude, strong working knowledge of tooling, mills, lathes, etc.
• Good schematic reading skills
• Strong knowledge of CNC equipment, programming, software updates, surfacing, cutter paths, and DNC
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma and THM concepts
• Ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions
