Production Associate

Ensures extruded products conform to product standard requirements and document quality measurements. Assists the primary Extrusion Technician in machine set up and troubleshooting techniques and stacks the product according to scheduling and standard protocol.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at an adequate level.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”
• Strong Troubleshooting skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Have strong teamwork skills to foster workplace interactions.
• Dependable attendance and demonstrate flexibility to work other hours as needed.
• Willingness to learn and perform basic Extrusion Technician duties on primary line.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
